Make quick work of fresh purees with the Weston 82-0102-W Deluxe Electric Canning Tomato Strainer Juicer Press Machine. This electric press is great for canning, especially for large batches of sauce, seedless jam, and salsa. The strainer quickly separates the skin and seeds from the puree.
The reverse function prevents jamming by allowing you to go forward and reverse. Meanwhile, the large capacity hopper holds up 1 gallon of produce and the powerful 250-watt motor makes quick work of tomatoes and other ingredients.
This tomato strainer comes with 3 stainless steel straining screens. The 1 mm screen is great for tomatoes and berries. The 3 mm screen is great for pumpkins, and the 6 mm screen is awesome for salsa. So matter what ingredients you're working with, this Weston electric canning tomato strainer is a great choice.
