    Description

    Listing is for a brand new single Oclaro 700mW 638nm laser diode in a standard 12mm copper module with Flexdrive bucking laser driver set to 1.1A and a high pass G-2 glass lens. Copper module provides good thermal conductivity over the standard brass module providing more stable output from the diode. Perfect for running off a single rechargeable 3.7V Li-Ion or a 5V 2A wall adapter. Unit is ready to be dropped into your final project. Just throw in a heatsink and apply power source. Modules are wired with extremely flexible 26AWG wire that is burn proof and makes for very easy soldering.
    Here is what you get. The driver is contained in the module.
    You can discard the back half if you need the extra room just be careful not to let the driver short on anything.:)

    Oclaro 700mW 638nm Diode (HL63193MG)
    Comparing collimated output with a 500mW Mitsu G71 diode both using a standard G-2 glass lens. They are nearly the same but the G71 still does have a little finer collimation before any correction optics.
