JDSU 2370 Series 2 watt laser diode in a High Heat Load package. The HHL module a built-in TEC for temperature control (wavelength tuning), a 10K NTC thermistor for temperature feedback and a photodiode for output power feedback. These are ideal for pumping DPSS lasers since it is easy to tune the wavelength by controlling the diode temperature.
