The F-Theta scanning lens is 3" Diameter, coated for 1064nm Nd:Yag Lasers
CTI Galvos Model 6870-389 w/ CTI 6742-B Scanner Drivers.
All you need is a +/- voltage supply for the drivers, and the XY signal input to the driver cards.
