Description
Listing is for a single 900mW 16X 405nm BDR-209 Blueray Diode in a standard high quality DTR12mmX30mm
copper module with leads and DTR-G-2 glass lens. This is the most powerful single mode 405nm diode currently
available
.
The copper module is made from pure C1100 99.9% and precision machined with +/-0.01mm tolerances providing amazing
thermal
conductivity
over other modules being sold.
Effectively
moving the heat away from the diode to your heatsink giving a stable output from the diode.
When driven @ 600mA you can expect 900mW+ with a DTR-G-2 lens and 650mW+ with a DTR-3E-B glass lens with these diodes.
Save yourself the headache of extracting, pressing and soldering on your diode. Just add host, heatsink and a proper laser driver.
The current must be limited to no more than 600mA to the diode suggest 500mA for best life expectancy.
Don't attempt to connect directly to a battery you need a laser driver to power this diode. I do offer a boost driver that is capable of driving this diode off a single Li-Ion see my other offerings below.
All modules are tested and are in working condition prior to shipping.
Modules are wired with extremely flexible 26AWG wire that is burn proof and makes for very easy soldering.
