    Here is our Favorite Easy Almond Milk Recipe (Quick Method)
    What you'll need:
    - 2 Cups Water (distilled or spring water) for soaking almonds
    - 4 Cups water
    (distilled or spring water)  for milk
    - 1 Cup Almonds
    - 3 to 4 Dates (for natural sweetness)
    - 1 to 2 Figs (Optional)
    - 2 to 3 Drops of Vanilla (optional)
    Preparing your Almonds (quick method)
    1. Bring 2 Cups of water to a boil, add 1 cup of almonds.
    2. Continue boiling almonds in hot water for 2 to 3 minutes, turn heat off, let almonds sit for about 5 minutes.
    3. Drain hot water.
    Preparing your Almonds (slow method)
    1. Add 2 Cups of water to a storage container, add 1 cup of almonds.

    Refrigerate
    for 2 to 24 hours
    3. Drain water.
    Making Almond Milk
    4. Add almonds to your blender together with dates and figs and blend on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes.
    5. Strain your milk through a nut milk bag over a large container such as 8 cup pyrex measuring cup or similar.
    6. Pour milk into a milk bottle, add additional water to fill to the top.
    7. Discard the pulp or save for other use.
    8. Pour yourself a glass and enjoy!
